Why do leaves fall of trees in autunm?

Hi everyone,
For SOL (student organised learning) we have been learning about why do leaves fall off trees.

For week to ako, we had to make a story web for a book club - here is mine. Comment if it meets the success criteria. I believe it meets the criteria because it covers the characters, setting and plot it is also easy to read and eye-catching.

In  J.K. Rowling, we have been reading (Not all of us) the Happy Prince and other stories by Oscar    Wilde our task was to create a book cover that included a blurb and a bit an about the Author.
